Hanoverian premium stallion and €500,000 stallion market top
“His appearance is extravagant. His trot movements are spectacular. He is very well-built,” said licensing commissioner Heike Kemmer about our Venture. He was the 2023 Danish Champion Foal and top price at the DWB Elite Foal Auction. Even then, he was praised for his fantastic type and outstanding basic gaits. Now he has once again received thunderous applause at his licensing in Verden/GER. "Stallions like this were the goal of opening up the stallion market. If Hanover wants to stay ahead, the stallion market must be a magnet for the best stallions in Europe," emphasized Kemmer. The bidding duel for the young star out of a dam by Revolution-Ferro only ended at the stallion market top price of €500,000 – in our favor.
The sire Vivaldo is a son of Vivaldi. His dam is Doris Day, the Bundeschampion, Hanoverian State Champion, and Champion Mare of the Herwart von der Decken Show. He was a premium stallion at the 2018 Hanoverian licensing in Verden/GER. In 2020, he was nominated for the Riding Horse Bundeschampionat in Warendorf/GER after placing fifth in the Hanoverian Championships. He was honored as Oldenburg Ia Main Premium Winner for his first crop of foals.
His dam's sire Revolution won the World Breeding Dressage Championship title for five-year-olds under Andreas Helgstrand/DEN with a score of 9.62. In 2019, he once again received dream scores and won World Breeding Dressage Championship for six-year-olds silver. He now has Grand Prix victories to his name.
Third in the pedigree is Ferro, who secured three championship silver medals. Under Coby van Baalen/NED, he was part of the Dutch team that took second place at the 1998 World Equestrian Games in Rome/ITA, the 1999 European Championships in Arnhem/NED, and the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney/AUS.
“His appearance is extravagant.”
